Your Thoughts Yesterday Created Your Today - You ARE a Mini-God!

Your Thoughts Yesterday Created Your Today - You ARE a Mini-God!

You ARE a “mini-god.” Close your eyes and let the energy of those words really sink into your heart space. Ok, don’t … I know you are rolling your eyes right now because you don’t believe what is absolutely the truth; you ARE a “mini-god.” I too rolled my eyes a few years back when I learnt that I was a mini-god, also. I Джусер Фит Луганск remember laughing loudly and blurting out, “Yeah right, as if!” But …

Something kept pushing me to open more doors, learn more. There was this gnawing feeling inside me that told me to dig further, keep looking, be open-minded and discover if there is a potential that I could be god also. So, I held the thought of ‘humor me’ and began my search with an open mind.

I already believed that I was a spark of the Divine, but I had never ever pondered the thought of having the abilities “like” God! Having the ability to create my life! I mean wow, that sounds pretty egotistical don’t you think?

Or is it? I mean if we as humans can become like our own earthly parents and do as they do and we are made in the image and likeness of God, and this Grand Being is our parent also, then why not entertain the possibility that we inherited some of His/Her grand genes? Could that not be a possibility? I know the majority of the world says no, but I like to look outside that little box and expand my horizons, and in my writings rattle a few chains and shake some beliefs – that’s definitely in my DNA! Do you suppose I was born to be different? Or perhaps God made a mistake when He/She made me?

Then I pondered the thought that perhaps our parents had been mislead and were teaching us from untruths they learnt. Could it be that our grandparents taught our parents from untruths? Could it be that someone somewhere got the information mixed up?

Perhaps it was fear? Ah, yes that’s what it was! Fear! I was afraid because everyone around me believed lesser than themselves as well. So how could I believe different then them? I would surely be labeled as weird (oh yeah, I already was!) if I didn’t stick with their beliefs, after all I was taught that God was mean and vengeful and for heaven’s sake how could I dare to Ariston BFS 121 entertain the thought that I was God also! I would surely be sent to hell for eternity! Or would I? Who said I would anyway? I don’t remember God whispering that in my ear! Did you hear that? Or perhaps it was one of those human chain games, when a person whispers a story into someone else’s ear and that person passes it to the next person and as it goes on from person to person the story gets distorted but it keeps being passed from generation to generation, down the millennium and as each person hears it believes it is a truth. Is that when you started to believe and own it? When you were told by someone else? Where did this truth come from for you? Have you ever pondered the thought of where did that come from?

Nah, I never believed that God was crazy as a loon and would send my Колыма Новости soul to the fiery depths of hell. Wouldn’t that be child abuse? Isn’t that a control tactic that humans have passed on for generations? Tell a

Women Inspiring Hope and Possibility

Women Inspiring Hope and Possibility

Hope by definition means to cherish, want LG 15LC1R or desire something. That something can be a tangible or intangible item that one can expect to obtain at some point in time. My immigrant parents transmitted the process of hoping to me at a very early age in my life. I was fourteen years old and living in La Paz, Bolivia, when their hope of providing their children, my brother and I, a better life and education came true. The truth and realization of that hope, that desire or so-called dream was made a reality by immigrating to America. Their hope was driven strongly by their faith in God and the thought that they could make those dreams happen through their strong work ethic and perseverance.

They sold everything they owned in Bolivia, and left their lives behind to afford us the privilege of being educated in America. We left Bolivia with our lives in five suitcases, $50,000 dollars, which back in 1978 was a fortune for Cata PV 600 VL3 INOX middle class working folks, and headed to America, the land of opportunity. My parents spoke no English yet they had the strong hope and desire that we would succeed. Twenty-five years later they are each successful business owners, with two college educated children. They turned their hopes into possibilities and made them a reality, all that with their beginning capital of $50,000. That was my first lesson of transforming hope into possibility. How does one make hopes, dreams or visions into possibilities or realities?

For us in 1978, that hope was transformed into reality by sacrifice, hard work and determination. It was accomplished by doing jobs that no one else would do and studying hard to prove that we as immigrants could succeed. Women who succeeded in my country of birth were a minority because they were not fulfilling the traditional role of a woman. My mother had the hope and the vision that her children would be given a different opportunity. My father chose to follow her dream. Together they defied their traditional roles that had been culturally inbred into them. Together they made a journey that has forever changed their lives. Their lives have been marked with joys and sorrows Росинтер and an abundant recollection of memories that has set them apart from many of their family members that remain in Bolivia.

As a woman in today’s fierce, competitive society in which we live, there are certain tools that we need to <a href=”http://forum.pocket-video.com.ua/index

How to Give Up Coffee

How to Give Up Coffee

Caffeine is the modern drug of choice in the work world, easily accessible, socially acceptable, Холодильники Fagor readily affordable, and of course perfectly legal. As for the health effects, I’ve read evidence both for good and ill, so right now I don’t fall strongly on either side. One thing is clear though — caffeine is addictive. And this addictive nature is what leans me towards the negative side.

As a teenager I often drank sodas; cola was my favorite. I never drank coffee as a teenager, and I rarely drank it in college. But when I got into programming PC games, I’d sometimes drink coffee every day for months at a time. But I’d always eventually break the habit and have no caffeine for months at a time too. It was sort of cyclical.

Then I read Samsung J700 the book Pour Your Heart Into It by Howard Schultz, which is the story of Starbucks (Schultz is the CEO). Schultz made gourmet Ardo MG 60 coffee sound so good, that I embarked on a Starbucks kick for a while and tried all different kinds of gourmet coffees, espressos, soy lattes, etc. I know not all coffee drinkers like Starbucks (my mom surely doesn’t), but I still think their coffee is among the best. Another Elica CONCORDE IX F 60 favorite of mine was Lion Coffee from Hawaii. I bought a nice espresso maker and used it to make my own soy cappucinos (I avoid all dairy products).

I really grew to like the taste of different gourmet coffees, which were much better than the swill I used to drink in college. But it was so easy to fall into a pattern of Книги addiction, drinking coffee out of habit instead of only when I actually wanted some. Today I still drink coffee on occasion, but that’s the exception. Most of the time I don’t consume any caffeine for weeks or months at a time. I found it fairly easy to break the habit. Here are a couple ways to do it:

Method 1: Coffee to Herbal Tea

First, switch from coffee to tea. You still get the caffeine from tea, but not as much. Enjoy some good quality tea — not Lipton! I particular like Earl Grey and Green Tea. I found this easy to do right away. But if you find it too hard to switch so abruptly, then make the transition over a period of weeks equal to the number of cups of coffee you drink each day. For example, if you drink 4 cups of coffee a day, then switch to 3c coffee / 1c tea for the first week, then go 2c/2c for the second week, then 1c/3c, and finally 0c/4c for the fourth week.

Next, make the transition from regular tea to caffeine-free (not decaffeinated) herbal tea. Herbal tea isn
